Do you remember being young, pretending you were your favorite athlete hitting the game winning shot, scoring the go ahead touchdown, or hitting that walk off home run? Us too. That's the feeling we want to bring to you through our athletic program. Our personal training team is compiled of highly qualified, positive, energetic individuals in the Northern Virginia area, that truly care about giving back and making a difference in the lives of others. We combine elements of strength, cardio, resistance, speed, agility, endurance, and stability to bring you a well-rounded, unlimited program that will enhance the minds, bodies, and souls of our teammates in training. We understand that a lot of people don't like working out but we try to incorporate fun elements that make it a little easier to put the work in. You'll love your results!
TYPES OF TRAINING
Certified Personal Training
One on one training specified to your goals. We gear our workouts towards being "functionally fit". Our workouts consist of (but not limited to) cardio boxing, kettlebell training, fitness ropes, resistance bands, as well as the use of some other traditional gym equipment.
GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
We can accommodate your group by conducting various class-style sessions, circuit workouts, and/or partner/team drills. Workout structure varies by your group's goals.
We team up with pros in various sports to bring top-notch athletic camps to prepare our youth for the next level.
BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS
We turn up the intensity and cut down the rest periods with these workouts. The Boot Camps are usually held outdoors so you can be prepared for anything!
Active lifestyles begin at an early age. We incorporate age-appropriate activities/drills in which our younger teammates will learn basic fitness and activity while some of the older teammates will be ready for more of a challenge. We incorporate exercises that will help ensure your children's physical and developmental safety in addition to long-lasting fitness results.
We can customize your training based on age, goals, limitations you may have, rehabilitation needs, and sport-specific training.
